  • Yes, we offer group tastings for our Weddings clients. We hold thoughtful and intimate tastings once every couple of months with a varied and changing selection of offerings from our menus, and are charged at $75 per head excluding GST which can then be credited toward your booking with us. We also offer couples private tastings at an additional cost. For the next tasting date, please send us an email at admin@paddocktoplatecateringco.com.

  • We cater weddings, private dinners, corporate events, celebrations, and bespoke gatherings of all shapes and sizes. For small events a minimum spend applies. 

  • Yes, we can. Our team is experienced in catering at remote or non-traditional locations that may lack on-site amenities like power or running water. We’ll work with you to understand the site’s limitations and can arrange for mobile kitchen equipment and other necessary infrastructure to ensure seamless service and food safety. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the setup, and we’ll always provide a clear outline of what’s required for your event.

  • Yes, we do. We cater at a wide range of locations, from established venues to private residences, rural properties, and unique outdoor spaces. We are the preferred caterers for and hold relationships with some of the most exclusive venues in NSW. Whether you’re hosting a wedding in a family backyard or an event at a formal venue, we’ll work closely with you (and your venue or planner) to ensure all logistics are considered and your event runs smoothly. If your chosen location is off-grid or has limited facilities, we’re well equipped to bring in the infrastructure required to make it work beautifully.

  • We cater events across Sydney and up to 5 hours outside of. A staff travel fee applies if your event is more than 1 hour away from Mona Vale, Sydney.

    Accommodation may be required depending on the details of your event.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak event season (September-April). For weddings and large events, 6–12 months in advance is ideal. For smaller events, at least 4 weeks’ notice is preferred.

  • We'd love to create a custom menu for your event. Collaborating with you to design a bespoke dining experience is what we do best. Just reach out and share your vision with us — from favourite flavours to special memories — and we’ll craft a menu that’s meaningful, personal, and truly yours. After all, it’s your event, and the food should reflect that.

  • Absolutely! We cater to dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-specific requests. Please inform us in advance so we can tailor your menu accordingly.

  • Sustainability is at the core of our philosophy. We source responsibly, plan carefully to minimise waste, use compostable packaging, reuse whilst adhering to OH&S standards, recycle, and work with ethical suppliers to ensure a lower environmental impact.

  • We prioritise locally sourced, organic, and sustainably farmed ingredients. This is an integral part of our business and something we take great pride in providing. Our relationships with ethical farmers and producers ensure the highest quality ingredients for your event, with peace of mind.   • Yes, we provide professional service staff, including wait staff, RSA certified bartenders, and chefs for on-site cooking. Staffing levels depend on your event size and service requirements and are also detailed in our Wedding Packages.

  • While we don't provide alcohol, we do maintain the necessary liability insurance to serve your guests if you provide the alcohol, with our professional and RSA certified bartenders. We can also provide you with great recommendations for mobile bar companies if your venue doesn't include a bar, or work with your chosen beverage provider.

  • Cancellations made within a certain timeframe are subject to fees. Please refer to our terms and conditions for specific details regarding deposits and refunds.

  • On-Site Chef: $80 per hour

    Bartender: $70 per hour/minimum 4 hours

    Event Staff: $70 per hour/minimum 4 hours 

  • We provide tableware, serveware, cutlery, and catering equipment, depending on your type of event. 

  • Yes. Children's meals are $15 each, and are based on what your individual kids love to eat. Children 4 and under eat free.
