When the crew turned up to our wedding the venue suffered a power outage (no oven, lights) so they had to improvise with gas stoves, BBQ, working by candlelight! The canapes, entree and mains all received raving reviews from our guests, my wife and I are still extremely impressed how they managed to save our night."
